Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using AEOlytix ("the Service") at aeolytix.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AEOlytix provides automated SEO and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) auditing tools via web and desktop applications, along with optional manual expert services. Audit results are generated algorithmically and are provided for informational purposes only.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to audit websites you do not own or have explicit permission to audit
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate the audit tool beyond normal use
• Resell or redistribute audit results commercially without permission
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. AEOlytix is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account. You must provide accurate information during registration.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

• $3 single-run unlock: One-time charge. Non-refundable after the audit results are delivered.
• $15/month domain subscription: Auto-renews monthly via PayPal until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• $27 Desktop Pro: One-time charge. Includes all future updates to the current major version.
• Expert services ($49–$249): Billed at project start. Subject to the refund terms below.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are not available for:

• Requests made more than 7 days after payment
• Expert service engagements where work has already been delivered
• Subscription renewals that have already processed (cancel before renewal to avoid future charges)

7. No Warranty

Audit results are provided "as is." AEOlytix makes no guarantee that following audit recommendations will improve your search rankings or AI citations. SEO and AEO outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AEOlytix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
